Our revenue dropped precipitously as a result of the worldwide financial meltdown and credit contraction. In this exceptionally challenging environment Smith found us a buyer for our manufacturing company, a buyer that will enable us to become the low cost provider to our market, in addition to providing us urgently required financing. My partner and I are continuing to run our company with same level of independence we enjoyed pre-acquisition. If Smith had not shown us how to re-cast our financials to more accurately reflect historic performance, it would not have been possible to have even an initial conversation with a prospective buyer.
